My job role entails assisting operators, suppliers and customers with support queries and the general management of their mobility platform. I also lead the Team Yellow development catch-up meetings each morning and liaise with our team of in-house developers to ensure that their schedule of work is prioritised correctly.

What projects are you currently working on?

Alongside my daily tasks, I’m learning to be a Scrum Master. This involves leading the team using the Scrum methodology and Agile project management, so we can learn through our working experiences, self-organise while working on problems and reflect on our wins and losses to continuously improve our solutions.

What do you find most rewarding about your role?

I like the fact that there are always new challenges to take on in my role and I’m constantly learning new skills and broadening my knowledge of our technology and processes.
