FOD Futures – Noah and Pearce
After a busy few months at Fleetondemand, the launch of our MaaS platform Mobilleo and countless amounts of new faces in the office we are ready to present the next edition of FOD Futures. This month we are focusing on two of Fleetondemand’s new additions to our apprenticeship program, Noah and Pearce. We are committed to our apprenticeship program and believe a younger and fresher perspective breathes life into a diversely populated business.

Where have you worked in the past?
Having recently just finished education. I wanted to make the move from my previous part-time job in the service industry to beginning a career in the Digital Marketing sector.
What was it about the company that made you accept a job here?
After finding the company through an apprenticeship provider, Fleetondemand did a lot to accommodate my travel and and I felt confident that the company would treat me well and train me effectively. The prospect of starting my dream career with a company that wanted me to excel was an exciting premise.
How have you found working at Fleetondemand so far?
Fleetondemand has been nothing but amazing to me so far! I thoroughly enjoy working for such a growing company and I enjoy working alongside such positive and unique individuals even more.
What do you do in your spare time outside of work?
My spare time is usually filled with socialising with friends or spending time playing video games, some might say too much time spent playing them. I love a good drink with friends and I’m an avid fan of all sorts of music so weekends are usually spent mixing the two.

Fleetondemand holds an exciting premise for the future and I am very much looking forward to completing my qualification with them and hopefully staying with the company long after that to develop my digital marketing skills even more.
